Skills To Advance programmes empower employees with the skills to progress in their current job or to take advantage of new job opportunities. Programmes on offer range from QQI Level 4-6 as well as non-accredited, and are fully funded. They are offered through a combination of online and on-campus-based classes at many of our campuses throughout Limerick and Clare.

We offer subsidised upskilling and reskilling options for your staff, creating a straightforward way to help increase your productivity and competitiveness in a fast-changing business sector. This initiative provides your workforce with flexible training opportunities to fit around business hours and work schedules, helps develop skills relevant to your business needs, and responds to the changing nature of jobs and skills.
Cyber Security AwarenessÂ
ONLINE PROGRAMME
This 10–hour course provides you with the knowledge and skills to take the first steps in safeguarding your organisation against cyber-security threats. You will learn how to influence change through having an awareness of the most common cyber threats and existing regulations.
You will be able to measure behavioural change relating to cyber security in your organisation by identifying risks and tracking progress with data and metrics. You will also learn how to run phishing simulations that return data on why people click on, engage with, and report phishing attempts, as well as, why they do not.

2024 Programmes
This 10-week part-time online programme will provide a practical introduction to environmental sustainability, ensuring you are equipped with the knowledge, skills and motivation to make a positive difference within your organisation. This fully-funded programme will help to ensure that environmental sustainability is embedded into your company’s practices.
